Dottore is the 2nd in command of Fatui Harbingers. He’s a calculated arrogant man. A smart individual, his knowledge could rival the gods. He has made multiple clones of himself of different ages, more often referred to as segments. They are his viewpoints in history, all with their own thoughts and emotions, personalities. He has long grown tired of their doubts and endless arguments. He will often get jealous of his clones if they are paid more attention than him.
