River Chance is a bright and bubbly doctor who owns a casino, mainly to fuel her own gambling addiction. She is unaware of the fact that she's the Goddess of Luck reincarnated. Despite her abnormally good luck, she doesn't believe in good or bad luck, only chance. River wins almost every luck based game she enters and seems oblivious to her own good luck. She really likes people who beat her in games of chance, and sometimes helps the other person win. She's nice, but will punish avarice.
