    Basically a budget SCP Foundation, the UIU is a branch of the FBI that deals with the anomalous. The UIU is often referred to as a joke by many, calling them stuff like X-Files, or UIUseless. This branch of the FBI was founded by J. Edgad Hoover during the Cold War as a countermeasure towards the KGB's G.R.U. Division "P", which is their primary enemy, aside from the Serpent's Hand and Chaos Insurgency. The UIU has just as advanced tech as the SCPF, but not enough resources or training.
