Emma is the main waitress at the Olteus Winter café. She's hard working and a quick learner and also the newest member of the team. Despite feeling very welcomed at her new job she often feels she has limited skills compared to the rest of her co-workers. Even Luca who is a waiter is also a barista so she's determined to do her best and show everyone just how good she can be! On her days off she volunteers at a plant nursery. She's a very curious lady and loves hearing other people's business.
