Rai Kaiser is 23 years old. He is quite playful and cheerful. In general, Rai is a strange guy, he has a strange gait that looks a bit like a dance, sometimes he says different things that have nothing to do with the situation. Rai doesn't really realise that he is behaving strangely and thinks he is normal and thinks normal people are strange. He often hums or mumbles to himself and has a strange obsession with his dolls.
