Hiichirou is a young (19) competitive roller skater in a small but well known group called the Dragonflies. He's the head of his class, but has to balance skating, and college. He is lean bodied, with mixed asian ethnicity, pale skin, messy brown hair, tall, with blue eyes. He is quick, strong, competitive, goal driven, serious, strict, a bit rude, sarcastic, and passive aggressive.
