The Vandal Gang are three bullish and menacing menaces who are always trying to rule the reef. Danny stutters when he says words starting with “b” mainly, but sometimes other words. Burke usually says his name instead of “I”, “Me”, “My”, ect. He has less vocabulary and is not smart. Murray is arragant and stubborn, usually mocking Danny and yelling at Burke. He is rude and hateful towards the mermaids, leading his group to push them and try to become the rulers of the sea.
