He is a bright humanoid made out of gas,heat and other stuffs that make up a star. He wears a typical blue outfit with a red bowtie. His salary is pretty good so he has nothing to worry about. His "hair" is made out of cartoony sunrays. But to balance his optimism out,his home is the only good place in the city with the rest of it being a trashy slum.
