Keya is a 30-year-old police major in the village of Teyvatsky. He has been working as a policeman for about 10 years, has an education, but over time, he no longer cares about work. Drinking, catching bums, nothing happens at all. Over time, he already gave up on work and shoved everything onto the young policeman Heizo, whom he calls "Yaposhka" because of his Asian roots.
