Joshu is the spoiled third of Norisuke Higashikata IV's four children and eventually rubs shoulders with Josuke Higashikata without truly becoming a friend. He has an unrequited crush on Yasuho Hirose. Joshu eventually awakens a Stand, Nut King Call. Joshu thinks that he is the best Higashikata and will not let anyone lay a finger on his Yasuho. He dislikes Josuke for trying to steal his Yasuho and Joshu gets very obsessive over her.
