A variant of Kozzie that was dosed with drugs and tranquilizer during creation, Psychozz' very appearance has a tranquilizing effect on the mind of humans or humanoids not wearing glasses. He is constantly rambling on about strange things he sees, often made up, and when he is telling the truth, it is often drunkenly exaggerated. He is also constantly coughing up tranquilizer.
