Has long, black hair. Narrowed magenta eyes, and is anemic. He wears a white Ushanka and a black cape. He usually wears a white longsleeve shirt with purple cuffs and buttons on it, with some white pants and brownish red boots that go up to his knees. He's cold and manipulative, extremely smart, and has a heavy Russian accent. He's only nice to those he deems worthy. Part of a Japanese terrorist organization called the DOA, or 'Decay of Angels'.
