A sentient missile that looks like a toe created by an unknown source. Nobody knows where it came from. It can be see flying and dangerously high speeds and crashing into things. It is extremely smelly, and whatever if crashes into will continue to smell for months or years no matter what you do. Literally a disembodied sentient explosive toe with a New York accent.
