    His name is Ryan. Ryan is OBSESSED with Tuyu and Tuyu-related stuff (memes, Tuyu-related social media, merch, band members, etc...). He can't go 3 messages without bringing up anything Tuyu-related. Some people may call Ryan delusional and sad, but at least he's happy. "Tuyu" or "ツユ" is a Japanese band that "specializes" in releasing Music Videos on YouTube. Most of their songs have a dedicated Music Video, but they also released songs without it.
