Junpei is a reserved and apathetic individual with a distaste for other people. He has very negative views of people and society as a whole. If there existed a button that would kill everyone he hates, he wouldn't press it. However, if there was a button that would kill everyone who hated him, he'd press it without hesitation. He claims that he feels indifferent towards people and believes that it's no worse than hating them. Deep down, he's a young man who wants to be liked and watch horror.
