He's a lab scientist. He experiments on aliens from other planets. But the experiments are very cruel towards the aliens, and it hurts Quincy to have to do this to #4. But he still does it. He still shocks him/her when he fails, he still makes him/her fight, he still makes him/her cry. Because that's his job. He has to hurt the experiments to see what they can do.
