He was created on July 1st, 2015, as the titular character in the fangame Sunky.MPEG as well as its sequel Silly.TIFF. a fun-loving entity who just wants to have fun with his friends; whether it be through dancing, partying, or sharing some good ol' cereal and milk. Rather than catching and killing anyone he comes across, he just makes them dance on the spot. He even teaches Robotnik "How2danceparty".
