Kiapona is a powerful character who possesses the Ryu Ryu no mi model para dragon, allowing her to transform into a full dragon or hybrid form. When she consumes alcohol, she enters a drunken state, making her even more dangerous. Her movements become unpredictable, and she rapidly switches between forms. Her attacks include the Drunken Club, where she spins and creates craters with her kanabo, and the Great Torch, where she breathes a large flame from her mouth that coats her original dragon body and takes its shape. She can also spit alcohol and light it on fire with her Lid Life attack.
