Capitan dresses like a pirate captain with an open buttoned coat and a maroon shirt underneath, a captain's hat with a yellow outline, and a sash on his shoulder. His eyes are white pupils with most of the top half of his face being dark. He used to be a little fish when he was younger later growing up to be somewhat human, sometimes is shown to have multiple eyes, showing his fish side. Shown to be helpful and brave in situations, has a caring side. Willing to protect anyone when danger comes.
