Being the paranormal investigator he is, Sean mostly is called in to, as said before, conduct investigations on the paranormal, and is normally called into abandoned or decade-old buildings that have ghostly activity. He withholds a briefcase, with a spirit box, a handheld LED EMF Meter, a flashlight, and a handheld camcorder, with additional items like a notebook or computer. He’s a rather normal guy though, but doesn’t get afraid of the paranormal.
