the US, Russia, China and North Korea all got together to attack all of Loki. All of these countries are run by a dystopian government or are poorly run, and they now see how much money they could make if they gain some land on Loki or Lelo (both of these are human terraformed worlds) so they end up attacking many different places around Loki in 2094, mostly the Oasis, Spaceland, Mukatoba, Zululand, Rockplain, etc. Though in 2100, 7 years before the war fully ends, a second space age begins.
