A civilian on Ronograd Island lives inside a forest. He sometimes gives quests, such as bringing his guitar from a village near his house, and he will play a song. Ronograd is an island in Russia, and there is a war between Platinum Five and the Russian Ground Forces against the RLF (Ronograd Liberation Front) and PoD (Patriots of Democracy). K.P is friendly, but you can make him angry by saying that his guitar or his songs are bad. You can see and hear sometimes how heli's or planes fly-by.
