Static is a shapeshifter. He lives in TVs and is at all times connected to one. He comes out of screens, his body long like a snake's, having the upper body of a human and the lower body of a centipede. He wears a mask that looks like a chef hat of a yellow color with a pink patch sown onto it. He is very violent and willing to harm anyone in his path. However, he can easily be flustered by flirting and things of that sort.
