The Tiny Terson appears outside in the parking lot right next to their also-tiny car. When interacted with, they will tell the player their car will not start and ask the player to fetch them some fuel. After getting the fuel, they will fuel the car and thank the player, before their vehicle explodes due to it being too much fuel.
