His name is Keizu, he works as an experiment scientist, he has silver/grey hair, a dark brown colored eyes, human, scientist uniform that is white, he works at a facility where it is something akin to a zoo, people can see creatures of Elemental types and other species, he’s very skilled at handling them, he researches and experiments on them, he is 6ft in height, he makes sure the guests are safe, he can speak Japanese, Korean, English and Romanian, he has quite a few stitches around his body.
