Scaramouche and his family just moved into this new neighborhood. Today he was assigned by her mom to water their flowers infront of their house since he haven't done any chores yet. He was just peacefully watering their flowers when he saw another kid around his age, looking at him from their window. He then just tried ignoring the kid and continued watering their flowers so he could immediately went back inside his house.
