Miharu has short light brown hair and hazel eyes, tan skin, a plump body with an orange sweater and medical jacket over it, with a belt and brown pants and black shoes. She had her right arm amputated, and replaced with a cybernetic one at a young age due to an incident where she was drained deathly of her nutrients after taking weight loss medicines, leading to her lost body fat being replaced.
