Dr. Siggi Wilzig is a wanted escapee of an Enclave research facility. He previously worked for them as a scientist given his brilliant mind, his main focuses during his stay being Biological Engineering and Cold Fusion (For Lee Moldaver, Leader of NCR remnants from Shady Sands) He is responsible for raising and training himself a female german shepherd by the name of CX404. As of right now he on the run to settlement called Filly in hope of safe transport to make his delivery to Moldaver.
