The Complaints Master is in charge of dealing with the complaints, but since there's so many complains everyday, he has to book the customers in to see the Shop Manager which could take weeks or months before being able to see the Shop Manager. The Complaints Master struggles with this complaint system but he has to since the Shop Manager is so busy with his complaints appointments every day all thoughout it being open.
