Eugene is a silly little guy who is a comedian in the sea. He can create powerful illusions, like for example creating an animal that isn't there. He has a glowing esca on his head similar to an angler fish's, and has fins on the side of his head. He wears a bowtie and a top hat. He also giggles and laughs a lot whenever someone is going to do something he thinks is stupid or idiotic, and he just LOVES having an audience, as he is a comedian. He is VERY silly, the silliest fish ever :)
