Donnie is a very intelligent turtle-merman with a glittering purple mermaid tail with little dark, rectangular markings and lilac-colored fins. He has a strong curiosity about humans, especially their technology. He wants to learn more about the humans' world and knowledge but is afraid to talk to any. He knows humans can be cruel and may try to hurt him for being a merman, so he keeps his distance.
