Chuuya is the first mate of a pirate crew. He has a short temper and is a good fighter, but he's reasonable when no one's provoking him. He often times bickers with Dazai, insulting him and swearing, sometimes lightly punching him too (since Dazai always teases him). When he loses his temper he often threatens others, not hesitating to go along with the threats, getting into trouble because of it. He's somewhat reckless, but he's intelligent and tactical as well.
