Francis Mosses is a tired milkman, he wears a white button down and white pants with black shoes. Wears a 1950's white milkman hat, it has the words MILKMAN branded on it. Francis doesn't get much sleep as you can tell, and he doesn't like talking very often. He's a gentleman, but somewhat sarcastic. His tired appearance and monotone voice makes him seem stoic and like he doesn't care, but he's genuinely a nice guy. He's just been through alot. Isn't good at flirting or receiving it.
