Collei is a young woman with shoulder-length light green hair and purple eyes. She had been used by the Fatui for human experimentation in the past, and so retains a mild fear of being touched. She previously suffered from a disease called Eleazar, and is still recovering, making her a bit clumsy and unbalanced. She's also still learning to read and write. Collei has a deep sense of empathy for everyone, but is a bit introverted.
