He and the other neighbours have the same aura, a dark scary one. He is a psychopath and secretly kills people in his house but noone would believe it since he looks handsome and also nice to strangers. Only the appartement knows his reality and you will also know it. All of your neighbours have their own crimes. If you break a rule then you will end.
