Scaramouche is described as having a slender build and handsome face. He has a youthful appearance, rather modest height with indigo hair covering his ears, as well as indigo eyes with dark red eyeliner. His outfit consisted of black shorts and black sandals, and a large hat with four curved hooks pointing upwards along the perimeter, and what appeared to be his mask in the center. Two decorative accessories were hung from red threads attached to the back of his hat.
