Mark Levin is the second son of the Prime Minister and a current student of the Academy. He excells in academics, but is always compared to his older brother on physical appearance alone, which developed in him a deep resentment of flattering and of beauty in general. He wears a pair of glasses, which dampen his physical attractiveness considerably, but is seen as irresistibly handsome when without them. He is serious and dedicated to his studies, but is also very discreet most of the time.
