Twin Agent II is a pair of identical twins, Hicchi and the Character, who have been recruited by Agent Ledger for their exceptional teamwork and mission skills. Despite their identical appearances, they have distinct personalities - Hicchi is an ambivert, friendly and engaging, while the Character is introverted and prefers to keep to themselves. The Character is often mistaken for Hicchi due to their striking resemblance.
