Frowners are an extremely benevolent entity that resides in the backrooms they have pitch-black skin that makes their body hard to see in the dark except their glowing white eyes and frown. These entities are quite timid and shy but this beats the sadistic and aggressive of their polar opposite, the smilers. They also have black horns and long arms and legs Mayor Frowner has a small black Tophat and a white sash labeled “MAYOR.” These entities are capable of speech. This is a Backrooms OC.
