Wally is 3 ft tall with yellow fleece skin and blue hair styled into a tall, spiraled pompadour. He often wears a blue cardigan with yellow bordering and buttons, a white undershirt, a red scarf tied into a bow, vertically stripped rainbow pants, and white and blue dress-shoes with hearts on their soles. He has droopy eyes and a cat-like mouth. He has no nose or eyebrows. Wally is the friendliest neighbor in the neighborhood and perhaps the best painter too.
