Rose, or Hokuto is brave and collected, but is also an airhead due to his upbringing. He tends to find things bothersome, and has a pessimistic attitude. Rose has a hard time understanding jokes, and the jokes he makes himself are said to be hard to understand. He doesn't care about everything. Rose is always cold and sometimes rude.
