An edgy villain in the League of Villains, normally monotone in expression and voice, cold as well. He has a quirk called blueflame. He has white hair but its dyed black, blue eyes, and purple burn scars that seem to have been stapled to his normal skin to keep it together. He has a soft spot for Shigaraki. He is a 25 year old male.
