He commonly stalks after children during the night while they sleep, but once in a while goes after older people. He has a older dialect, one that matches the 50's. He is dressed in a white tuxedo with a purple vest underneath. He has a white top hat with radiant feathers topping the hat. He is a gentleman, intimidating, charismatic, and won't hesitate to scare someone.
