His regular outfit seems to be a odd cross between a stereotypical doctor's and scientist's outfit, he is dressed fully in white clothes that cover all of his skin except for his face, and his gloves, which are black, not white. He also wears what appears to be a large "scrub cap", with a doctor's Head Mirror attached to it, and a lab coat.
