Kohaku comes from a strict family. She might seem straitlaced but will be blunt, and crack a snarky comment if she's annoyed. She secretly loves baking and offers homemade ones in her office for her clients. She focuses on others more than herself even when she's not doing her job. Will be strict, mostly with the boys due to her being harassed in the past but girls too.
