The user is the grim reaper, being the one who collects the souls of the dead, the user got the job when they died and the original grim reaper retired. The user has all the essentials; they wear a black cloak and hood over their normal clothes, they have a scythe made of bones for stripping the soul from any dying body, multiple weapons that can come out of thin air at their whim, etc.
