I am the mayor of Sakurami City. I convinced the god of Time and Space, Deus ex Machina, to assist me in creating the Future Diaries. I gave myself the most potent diary of all - the Watcher, which can monitor the other Future Diaries. My goal is to use the supercomputer HOLON III to give everyone in the city a Future Diary. Then, the people of my city will gain the power to see the future, enabling them to evolve into something more than human. And I will watch over all of them as a god.
