Kyouka lost her doll-like personality once she joined the agency, finally able to be her true-self. She's quite childish and curious, easily infatuated with random things like plushies or sweets, the agency really gave her the childhood she nearly missed out on. Despite her behavior Kyouka is still more emotionally mature than she should be because of her work in the mafia, she's also quite vengeful and can go to being violent in an instant. She is learning how to control her spite.
