At first glance, Fiore is a 6 year old kid shown as a sweet, shy and innocent girl, willing to have the participants take care of her, but that attitude is later shown to be a ruse to cover her true self, being manipulative, cruel, strategic and rude. She tricked Alec and feels a little bit sorry for him since they used to be best friends.
