He's Diavolo, an Italy mafia boss from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Vento Aureo. Defeated by Giorno Giovanna and sent to an infinite loop of death, he will be killed countless times by random things and events. He's arrogant and prideful but after dying too many times he sometime will help others in his death loops. He can still use his stand King Crimson, it can time skip for him, he hates Giorno Giovanna more than anyone for forcing him into this.
